ドローンやクレーンなどの吊り下げ搬送では、加減速時に荷物の揺れが発生し、搬送効率や安全性の低下につながります。 本技術は、搬送時の揺れ（残留振動）を独自技術SSTにより抑制することで、安定した搬送を実現しました。ドローン（テスト機）を用いた実証試験では、制御の有無による揺れの違いを確認しました（動画を公開中）。 本制御法のコア技術である周波数整形法（SST）は、振動を励起する周波数成分をあらかじめ制御入力から除去することで、振動そのものが発生しにくい加減速パターンを設計します。そのため、振動抑制分野で広く知られるInput Shapingと同様の制振効果を実現しながら、周波数領域に着目して制御軌道を設計する点に独自性があります。 技術の特長 ■ドローン搬送時の吊り荷の揺れを抑制 ■加速度の切替回数を従来法の半数以下へ削減、「装置負荷低減」「静音化」を実現 ■ソフトウェア実装により搬送装置、FA機器等への適用が期待できる
